What is a Bureaucrat
A bureaucrat is a user similar to an administrator, but they have a few more abilities.
The "founder" of a wiki, the person who first requested it, is given bureaucrat powers. A bureaucrat can make other users into bureaucrats the own wiki. An "adopter" of a wiki will also be granted the status of Bureaucrat.

Bureaucrat Powers
- The ability to grant and revoke rollback rights.
- The ability to grant and revoke administrator status.
- The ability to grant, but not revoke bureaucrat status.
Removal of Administrators
Should a bureaucrat become inactive for an extended period of time, a community discussion will be held to determine whether or not their powers should be removed.
